Resodyn
Corporation is headquartered in the historic Hennessy Building in
uptown Butte. With over 125,000 square feet of space, this building
houses administrative staff, business unit managers, engineering and
research and development staff. In addition, it contains fully-equipped
analytical, chemical, biological, and electronic laboratories, staffed
with two full-time technicians.
The newly constructed, 23,000 square foot high-bay facility shown in is used for testing, product development, fabrication, and manufacturing serving as the epicenter for products that are manufactured in Montana and shipped throughout the US and the world.
Over 3,400 square feet of floor space is dedicated to product assembly. The facility contains overhead cranes, paint booths, a forklift and materials receiving/storage and lay down area.
The biological laboratories consist of a mammalian cell laboratory, an advanced-bioreactor development laboratory, and a microbiology laboratory. All laboratory areas are temperature and pressure controlled and provided with HEPA-filtered air.
Resodyn Corporation chemical laboratories consist of an analytical laboratory and two wet-chemistry laboratories.
Floor space totaling 1000 square feet is divided into 300 square feet for breadboard fabrication and 700 square feet for test and assembly, T & A. The breadboard fabrication area contains four bench top work stations, equipment inventory, and components inventory, and assembly tools. The T & A laboratory contains four bench top work stations that are dedicated as needed to specific project test set-ups. The laboratory is also used to assemble prototypes and test products.

A modular workstation concept is utilized to accommodate the development of bench top and prototype polymer processing and application hardware.
A CNC machine operates in the manufacturing and prototype development facilities. Resodyn Corporation has a skilled technician staff complemented by a fully equipped machine shop, a welding shop, and a fabrication shop. Fabrication capabilities at Resodyn Corporation included 9,000 square feet of floor space fully equipped with a metal shear, plasma cutters, welders, full complements of metal working equipment, hand tools, etc. and 1,850 square feet of machine shop with mills, lathes, drill presses and extensive tooling. These facilities allow Resodyn Corporation to produce prototype equipment for advanced R&D activities and a variety of production products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Resodyn Corporation has developed and built products ranging from small electrical instruments to large chemical processing plants.
The Resonant Systems laboratory consists of 2,000 square feet of space located in the newly constructed high-bay facility. The laboratory is fully equipped and furnished to develop advanced sonic equipment.
