Resodyn Engineered Polymeric Systems Launches Resodyn Pool & Spa Finishing Systems at the International Pool Spa Patio Expo at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada November 2-4, 2011.
Butte, MT; October 18, 2011 - Resodyn Engineered Polymeric Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of Resodyn Pool & Spa Finishing Systems(RPSFS) at the 2011 International Pool, Spa, and Patio Expo. This year's Expo attendees will get to see this innovative approach to complete installation and surface coating solutions for new or remodeled fiberglass and concrete surfaces as well as the specially designed ResoCoatTM material.
ResoCoatTM is a durable, green, zero-VOC, easily repairable polymer thermal spray coating that completely seals the pool's original surface from chemical absorption and calcium leaching while resisting U.V. and organic staining. The fluid nature of the polymer coating completely covers and seals surface porosity and troublesome spider cracks, making it an ideal solution for refurbishing existing pools or an outstanding surface choice for new installations. ResoCoatTM is gentle on bare skin, can be applied to create a nonskid surface, and may be applied over wall fittings and floor covers to bridge gaps and seams while simultaneously color matching the plastic fittings to the pool's finish. "Extreme pool use" resulting in owner caused surface damage is easily restored to provide an undetectable repair zone that functions like new. Bonding to fiberglass as well as concrete, ResoCoatTM allows fiberglass pool owners an affordable approach to customizing the look of their pool or spa.
ResoCoatTM is applied using the PTS-30TM flameless application system. The PTS-30TM system's patent pending technology incorporates Resodyn's unique "flameless" heating design to gently process powdered materials at high deposition rates to create powder coatings of any thickness, without the inclusion of burned particles. These zero-VOC coatings require no post baking or cure, and are ready for immediate use after application.
ResoCoatTM material is available in a wide color pallet of solid and blended colors to coordinate with most tile selection and landscape options. RPSFS also offers custom color matching services for today's more discerning clients, and proprietary color pallets as an option for large Builders and Fiberglass Manufacturers.
